Return eligibility
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Requesting a return
Use the contact form and include your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for the request. Do not send an item before receiving return instructions.
Return shipping
Unless the item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.
Non-returnable items
Opened products, used products, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot normally be returned, except where required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider.
