Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take longer.
Delivery estimates
Available delivery methods and estimates are displayed at checkout. Timeframes are estimates and begin after an order has been dispatched.
Tracking
When tracking is available, details are sent to the email used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to register the parcel.
Address accuracy
Please check the delivery address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or customs procedures. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Delays and missing parcels
Carrier delays can occur because of weather, customs, or other events outside our control. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number.
